At Matcha.com, we pride ourselves on the quality of our ceremonial grade matcha and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products and hardware.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at hello@matcha.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; for food safety reasons, matcha powder and tea blends must be unopened with the safety seal intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
